How it works
Lessons are pre-recorded in bite-size 10–15-minute sessions, which you can watch at a time that suits you. They stay in the library so you can revisit them in your own time. You have life-time access.
In this first year, new recordings are added weekly and you will get a notification of a new lesson in your e-mail. At the end of the course, you will get a book with all the teachings.
We have live zoom-sessions once a month throughout the year for discussion, case sharing and connection. The times vary so that students from all over the world can access the live sessions every other time. The programme runs over twelve months and is assessed by case submissions.
